A - Yes, the headphone jack is located on the right side of the LCD TV.
Q - Will I need to use a surge protector with my new LCD?
A - For additional safety precautions it is recommended that you attach all electronic devices through a surge protector in the event of power spikes.
Q - Where can I find the serial number for my LCD TV?
A - The serial number for your LCD TV is located in two places. You will find the serial number located on the outside of the back protective cover or you can power on your LCD TV and go to the Options Menu.

Q - What if I have difficulty removing the back protective cover?
A - To remove the back protective cover from the LCD TV, place your hand on the section of the cover marked "Pull" and pull the protective cover towards you gently.
Q - I cannot find the main power switch or the power cord connector.
A - Remove the back protective cover from the LCD TV. Face the back of the LCD TV and find the main power switch and power cord connector along the middle of the unit towards the left side and under the plastic overhang. Please reference page 11 in the User's Manual.
Q - How can I thread the cords through the back of the unit?
A - Remove the back protective cover from the LCD TV. Attach all cords to their designated connections and run the cords through the white guide clips and place along the black plastic guides near the bottom of the LCD TV. Each guide opens to allow easy cord access. Each guide then snaps shut to allow the back protective cover to be replaced. Cord management can flow either left or right to the base of the LCD TV unit.
Q - I've connected the power cord and the LCD TV still has no power.
A - Make sure the power cord is connected into a correctly grounded electrical outlet or surge protector. Then press the Main Power switch next to the power cord connector on the back of the LCD TV. The Status LED on the front of the LCD TV should be orange, which means the LCD TV is ready to be powered on. Press the POWER button on the front of the LCD TV or on the remote control. The Status LED on the front of the LCD TV should be green.
Q - How do I connect the RF cable?
A - Remove the back protective cover from the LCD TV. Connect the RF cable to your antenna or cable box, and to the UHF/VHF connector on the back of the LCD TV. Turn on the LCD TV, then press the INPUT button repeatedly to select CATV. If you have connected a VCR to the UHF/VHF contactor on the back of your LCD TV, connect your broadcast TV or cable TV RF cable to the UHF/VHF connector on the back of your VCR.
Q - How can I reset my LCD to its original factory settings?
A - After powering on your LCD TV, go to the Options Menu and look for "Factory Preset" to return your LCD to its original factory settings.
Q - How can I remove my LCD from its factory-installed stand?
A - To remove the base of the LCD TV you need to use a Phillips screw driver and remove all screws attached to the metal bracket that holds the LCD TV base in place.
